Storage to bedroom, need for extra insulation.
Convert storage to bedroom.
Conditions:
An outer edge of the house, the same concrete slab, but appears to have 1 layer with 45mm less insulation in 2 of the exterior walls.
Concrete slab, no basement.
1. Is it worth the effort to "tear down", check the vapor barrier, move it and add an extra 45 with insulation? This will mean we have to hire a plumber to drain the radiator, move out the radiator, etc., so it will be quite a big job.
2. Or can you see any benefit in just adding, for example, an extra OSB and then a layer of extra drywall on the current drywall that is on the wall?
About the floor:
Have torn down the floor to the concrete.
What should we do and in what layers should we build up the floor, planning to lay laminate.
Previously, there was a laminate just with a floor foam directly on the concrete, but we felt it smelled musty, wood.
Looked at a combined vapor barrier, with some ventilation and foam

What do you think about this? And then we lay the laminate directly on this?

Should one do the big job or is it not worth it? And can one gain something by just adding an extra layer of OSB+gypsum?
Today it is about 2 degrees cooler compared to other parts of the floor. So you notice slightly worse insulation.
