I thought about researching the different types of mesh available, looking for one with thinner "steel wires" than the classic reinforcing mesh, perhaps called reinforcing net for the thinner type? I want a net like this but with slightly larger "holes," maybe 20x20cm, doesn't have to be exact, rectangular holes also work. The net shouldn't be too easily cut with wire cutters, so it needs to be sturdier than that.

It must be stainless steel as well; I'm not sure which grades of steel are considered stainless? Should be able to withstand outdoor use for 10 years without rusting.

Do you know what's available on the market?

The easiest would be to go to a workshop and see if they can weld one for you in stainless steel. Acid-resistant stainless steel is probably the best... It probably exists in bar material in most thicknesses.

Need vast quantities, which should be orderable/purchasable with short notice. Therefore, it should be a standard grid that is already available in stores.

Sounds like you're looking for expanded metal, there are plenty of variants, google to find a supplier near you and check their range.
