Hope someone can help us.

We would like to have spotlights in quite a few places in our house, and if the house company is going to help us with that, they want 800:- each. It's way too expensive for us :(

On the upper floor, we know how to do it, but how do you do it on the lower floor if you don't want to lower the ceiling?
It should be possible, but we don't know how.

All tips are welcome ;D

Thank you so much but the problem is that the construction company has put up drywall on the entire ceiling, do I have to take down the drywall and start over? Isn't there another way to solve it?

Can't you access it from above? Is the upper floor furnished? We installed spotlights on the ground floor by opening up the floor on the upper floor before furnishing it.

It might work. :)
They're leaving the house so we will wallpaper, lay the floor, and install the kitchen.
Was it difficult to take up the floor again to install the spotlights?
