Agree with the 300 gypsum.
Regarding the joint above the doorway, I would say that there are no problems at all because you have OSB underneath. (since you don't have your OSB joint there!)
But sure, make a 100mm notch and you'll have both belt and suspenders! 👍🏻
What does 100 mm notch mean?

It said on that site that you shouldn't cross the sheets... I've put my OSB with cross joints. It doesn't matter as long as the gypsum is placed with staggered joints, right?

Ha. Just as I thought.

But how does it work to place OSB as I have done? I didn't bother to offset. Didn't think it mattered since the plasterboard is offset afterwards anyway.

Close-up of OSB sheets installed on a wall, with visible edges and texture, inquiring about installation methodology.

Are there horizontal studs at the joints?
Just offset the gypsum in such cases.

There are studs behind all the joints. I was mostly wondering if it was a bad idea to place them that way with all the joints meeting in the middle.

I have about 1.5 cm between some of the boards. That happened when I measured poorly.. there's probably not much I can do about that, right?

Oh dear, then the whole house will collapse! 😉

It will probably be fine anyway.
