I am thinking about building a nivellfloor but with my own variant.
However, I can use a maximum of 45x45 beams (alternatively lying beams) but regardless, the maximum height is 45mm + floor chipboard if the air is to be able to circulate underneath.
But I can't find what the span between the support points will be.
I found some deck table that says 0.7m. Is that correct, or should one support it more tightly?

According to Nivell, the c/c should be approximately 500 mm, for all studs from 45*45 to 45*120,
