Space above the refrigerator

I am going to open up a hole in the existing kitchen cabinetry for my refrigerator. Does anyone know how much air/space you should have above the refrigerator?

Not just above but also below and behind. It depends on the fridge's power, so it can vary, but it's written in the installation instructions for the refrigerator. My fridge, for example, requires 200cm[sup]2[/sup]

We only have 5 cm around, and with ventilation above with 5 cm grid.
