I have lowered the ceiling by 300 mm with wooden studs. Double gypsum will be mounted on these.

How should I fill this space (300mm) to best soundproof upwards?
I'm planning to have built-in speakers in the ceiling (in boxes) and also 10 spotlights cans.

The heat doesn't matter as it's used above.
This concerns the ceiling between the 2nd and 3rd floor in a property built in 1940.
Two of the walls in the room are brick, and two are made of wood.

P.S. I should also mention that I'm going to have two subwoofers built into the ceiling (also in boxes) and I thought of attaching them with motor mounts to the studs unless someone has a better suggestion.
