I'm wondering if anyone has any good advice on how to build a wall quickly, cheaply, and so that it holds? It will have a lot against it. It would be nice to avoid digging and casting a foundation. I've looked at self-locking stone, but it gets expensive.
I have some thoughts about it myself:
Does anyone have an idea of how much an L-block costs in various sizes? It would be very simple to just place it and fill against it!

According to my ground guy, the budget figures are 1,000:- kr/m for a 1-meter high wall of L-block. He also says 2,000:- /m including excavation, material, and completion.
