Socket with internal and external threads?

I wonder if there is a type of sleeve available that has both internal and external threading.
The reason I'm asking is that I might have bolts in the bathroom wall that are too short for the toilet to be fastened. I have a projection of 4.5cm and I might need 6cm.

See the image illustrating what I mean. The gray part is the existing bolt and the orange is a hollow bolt that threads onto the current one, making the bolt slightly longer overall.
Is this available or is there something similar that can solve this?
I haven't received the toilet yet, so I don't know if this will be a problem, but I want to start preparing for the worst.

I don't think something like that is available for purchase. If you have plenty of space, maybe a skarvmutter would work?

Can't you replace the pinnbultar?
If the skarvmutter doesn't fit.
