Slab on ground from 1989 with underfloor heating floating floor, what are the risks with it? Anyone with experience? How was capillary-breaking built? Insulation underneath?

There is a risk of mold and moisture. How big? Hard to say. I imagine it also depends on soil conditions, the base layer under the slab, vegetation around the house, drainage, etc., etc.

It's likely that there's cellplast directly on the concrete with chipboard as the base for the floor. Not the worst type of floating floor.

The base plate is most likely not treated with cuprinol since it was prohibited when the house was built. You can always measure the moisture content in the base plate.
