Skylight, air gap/frame/insulation, how?

How do you solve air gap and insulation around a skylight?

I was planning to start furnishing the upper floor and will therefore insulate the sloped ceiling first. In other sections, battens and board will be used for the air gap, how do you solve this?

The roof consists of roof tiles and 4 mm oil-hardened board.
