Hello, I have stripped a siporex house that previously had a sheet metal facade with 50mm insulation inside. There are some damages from nail plugs and studs that I plan to repair with H+H's light concrete repair mortar. The facade is rough with a textured surface that looks like some kind of gravel or similar. The facade was additionally insulated in the early '80s and the house is from 1963. I cannot say for certain if the facade has been repainted at any time, but I don't think it was touched before the sheet metal was applied. What should be used for pre-treatment before painting the existing facade and the repaired small areas? What type of paint should I choose to use?
Best regards,
Magnus Danielsson
