Would like opinions on how important it is for the rubber seals on the sill plastic to seal against the foundation.
In different weather conditions, I have noticed moisture migration inside the wall blocks (no floor laid yet), which probably isn't good for future wooden flooring.
I assume there might be a cold draft along the exterior walls that will also affect our energy consumption in the future.
Does anyone know???
