Sill in concrete slab

Now, this might be a silly question, but I'm going to attach a sill to a concrete slab that was cast last fall. I've come across stud anchor expanders 8x190...wondering if it's wise to use these or if there's a better alternative?

The slab is cast with edge elements 300 mm and the base is 200 mm wide
