Didn't really know which forum to choose but this felt the most appropriate.
Soon the demolition of the old kitchen and a WC will begin. I plan to tear up the floor to fix creaks in two places, level it, and install underfloor heating. I'll also take down the interior walls to redo the electrical and plumbing. I'm also replacing 2 windows in the kitchen. The house is a gullringshus from -65.
Is there anything else I should do while I've already demolished everything? I was thinking about the insulation, primarily in the floor but also in the walls. Is it worth replacing it or is it something that lasts forever? I believe it's insulated with mineral wool. Should the moisture barrier also be replaced?
