After our new balconies were installed, I had a large open gap. Not child/pet safe. I pointed this out to the BRF board, who brought the company back. Two guys visited me and put in a new piece of sheet metal that filled the gap better.

The sharp edge is on top, where it can cut fingers, and the bent/rolled(?) edge is much lower down. To secure the piece, they've done a clown-solution.

I get so tired of amateurs.

In the stairwells, we've got new bulletin boards, almost all of which are a little crooked. One of them is also seriously dented. I bet the board won't point this out to the amateurs.

Regardless, the contractor shall correct any errors at their own expense. The board's mission is to ensure that the members get value for their money.
