Shed door on the sill or?

I am building a cold storage. I was planning to have a door on each side of the storage.

I was thinking of buying a ready-made storage door with a frame and threshold.



Should I place the storage door on the "syllen" or should I place the door on the floor beam?

I place the sill and also attach wall studs to the sill.
