Self-leveling compound that doesn't set / dry?

Hi, I'm having trouble with the leveling compound not curing/drying completely? It's been applied on an uninsulated concrete slab with primer and electric heating cables, about 1-1/2 cm thick layer! I've used leveling compound about 6 times and have never encountered this before!?! It's about 15-18 degrees Celsius in the room, but the floor is cold... could it be that the cold floor is causing it to cure very slowly!???

Probably the plate cools down the process.

Hope so, I have no desire to dig out what's not dried by hand with a toy shovel But it feels logical with a cold plate...fingers crossed

Have you mixed the self-leveling compound with very cold water? Then it might take longer and even not cure.

It was probably quite cold water yes but 70% of the floor has burned... let's hope it finishes burning eventually, otherwise, it will mean digging out a part and pouring a new mix with lukewarm water! However, I can't remember mixing any of the other times with anything but cold water?! hmmm

I know that it can happen with certain types of leveling compound if the water is too cold, unfortunately. When did you do the leveling?
