Self-leveling compound on existing concrete slab
Hello,
I need to level up about 2cm on the existing concrete slab in the garage, do I need any reinforcement?
Sand the concrete before?
Is there anything better than leveling compound when I need to fill up as much as 2cm?
How durable will it be? A car lift will be on the surface later.
Thanks for the response

Thanks for the response, maybe I'll check with them.J Jörgen Ö said:
It would have been good if it works with something you can find at local hardware stores.
Is it difficult to pour 2cm and then get it even as an amateur?
There's this one at, for example, K-rauta. https://www.k-rauta.se/byggvaruhus/...avjämningsmassa-combimix-cm-920-industri-20kg
You'll need to set out level markers so you can keep track of the heights. Call a couple of friends to help mix so that it doesn't take too long between batches.

Ardex is not that hard to come by, and of course, there are other good suppliers as well.
But Ardex knows their stuff.
It's hard to say if you can handle it, it can be a bit tricky, but it's almost an advantage that you're going to
apply it a bit thicker, a bit more forgiving to work with the filler.
The most important thing is that there is constantly pre-mixed filler coming so there is no pause.
Once you've started, you go until it's done, high rubber boots are good to wear, along with a couple or three guys to help out.
