Have installed wooden studs, insulation, and drywall about 2 cm above the concrete slab (uninsulated). But what do we do now when we don't want to let in cold outside air?
Seal with foam sealant?

What are you building? What do you mean by 2 cm above? Isn't there some part of the wall in contact with the slab? A picture, maybe.

Yes, of course. Lecablock and hollow concrete blocks as the exterior wall. We have insulated internally. The wooden studs are placed 2 cm above the concrete slab. Do not want the wooden studs directly against an uninsulated concrete slab. What I mean is that it will be draughty where we do not have any insulation closest to the concrete slab, as the insulation is on the wooden studs. But it can probably be solved by applying a strip of foam sealant inside and sealing (between the concrete slab and the wooden stud). We will lay a mechanically ventilated floor on the concrete slab.
