Does anyone here have a recommendation for a suitable sealant to close a pipe penetration through a basement wall, approximately half a meter below ground level? The pipe is a cable protection pipe in PE (polyethylene) with a 50 mm diameter, the basement wall is in lightweight concrete, thickness 250 mm, the hole is about 57 mm in diameter.

ordinary outdoor sealant from byggmax or similar on the outside to make it tight and then maybe a splash of foam sealant on the inside as insulation? Just be very careful with the amount of foam sealant. It swells like hell.
