Seal up the top of garage door?

Hello!

I have an older double garage with wooden doors. I want to install automatic folding doors instead. However, the openings are too high currently for most doors at a reasonable price, so I want to build up the top part to a height of 2150mm, instead of 3000mm. I'm not familiar with how to brick up only the top part of an opening. Grateful for suggestions and methods

Great to have ceiling height, to be able to drive in the tall SUV with the roof box mounted, etc.
