Hello,

I have a problem that I don't know how to solve. The concrete slab of the house is piled and does not move. The garage is not piled and has sunk about 10cm over 12 years. There is a seam between the slabs of about a centimeter where ground moisture/smell seeps up. The outer wall of the house is an interior wall in the garage, which makes this seam inside the garage. How can this be sealed? It can't be done with something hard since it will likely continue to sink... Does anyone know or have any good ideas?
