How do you "save" the tube, leave the nozzle, remove it and clean it, something else?

Remove the nozzle and put on the cap. There may be a lump that needs to be pushed out before attaching a new nozzle next time. The nozzle is just to be discarded, not worth cleaning. 10 new ones cost 55:-
