Screwing in Hydraulic Lime Mortar ??

What should one use :-? When I drill into it, it just falls apart and the hole becomes too big for the plug. Are there special plugs for kalkbruk?

No, not specifically for lime mortar, but for porous walls in general. It is available at building supply stores, ask there. And then you can drill with a bit that is slightly smaller than what the hole should be.
