We are in the process of building a standalone shed on our property. We are beginners and therefore have many questions. One question I find difficult to find a good answer to is how to easily build the walls of the shed. The shed will be 3000*3600mm in size with a mono-pitch roof. Our idea is to build walls using 45*95 timber horizontally and then raise them. What screws (material and dimension) do I need to use to put these wall frames together? How do I best screw the studs together into a wall and then attach it to the floor?
Grateful for help from those more experienced!

I pull two 6×90 mm in each stud end. Usually choose with some protection class, e.g., C4.
Then I don't place the walls on the floor.

Thank you for the response! Why don't you set the walls on the floor? How do you do it instead?

I place it on the framework, I think it's a better solution to make the outer shell tight before laying the floor. Here are the framework and walls for a recently built 15sqm storage shed.

Thanks for the explanation and picture, our idea looks a lot like how yours does! Nice!
