Currently screwing 22mm chipboard across the joists for the underfloor heating. The joists are 22x120.
Now using 56mm chipboard screws but they don't hold well in the joists. Maybe better to screw with a shorter screw? How have you done it?
I have to use chipboard because I'm going to have vinyl flooring over it.
