Does anyone have tips on how to easily cut out for the electrical boxes when installing drywall?
I started by trying to measure and cut out with a jigsaw before placing the panels, but it's very difficult to get it right on a 1.20 panel, especially if there are multiple boxes on the same panel. But maybe that's how it has to be done?

You also need a socket cutter.
The basic version is to smear something on the edge of the box, paint, ketchup, blood or whatever is available and press the board in place, then you have a perfect marking.

Yes, if you've accidentally cut off a finger in the miter saw then you have the advantage of having blood nearby..hantverkare1 said:

Saw someone suggesting to set up a cross laser on a tripod with the cross in the middle of the box, screw up the plate, and drill in the cross. Sounds really smooth, though I haven't tried it myself.
With multiple boxes/plate, however, the complexity increases a bit...
I also find it very difficult to measure my way there. It turns out mediocre in every hole. It is suggested to use a small hole saw and finish the rest by hand with something like a knife.

The cover plates for those red Elko boxes have pegs on the outside that you can use otherwise. Just press the plate against it and then pull down, and you get 2 marks. Then you can use a hole saw from the back of the plate.
But hole-in-one is much easier and more convenient
