Saw narrow with hand circular saw?

I will split planed pine 21X118 mm and reduce it to 85 mm. Lengths up to 2m. Can you handle that with a hand circular saw and a side fence?

Yes, but it's tricky and much easier with a table saw. If you have high demands on the cut, it's probably best to use a table saw where it's easy to take everything in "one go".
