An acquaintance is building a sauna, all four walls are concrete but they want only two as they want wood on the wall where the benches will be placed. How do you work with sauna foil here?? I guess it will be to put up these two walls with metal studs (it’s in the basement) and leave an air gap against the concrete, then insulate between the studs, but what do you do with the sauna foil? There will be a transition between the wood wall and concrete wall, and the ceiling will also be in wood. Does anyone have tips/advice??
