Hi, Tips and advice regarding houses built from this.
I want to hear everything I should consider before viewing, as well as the pros and cons.

Single-story, 2012, Crawl space foundation
Steel frame, Metal facade (Sandwich elements)
Metal facade (Sandwich elements) triple-glazed windows.
Metal roof, Air-to-water heat pump,
Natural ventilation

Appreciate the response (y)

Crawl space foundation on a house built in 2012 sounds strange. If it is a conventional outdoor air-ventilated crawl space foundation, I think you should refrain. Either it is poorly insulated or there are moisture problems.

For someone who really doesn't understand, I would appreciate it if you could try to explain a little more but as if to a five-year-old ;)

conventional outdoor air-ventilated?
And why abstain then?

No final tips, What should I look out for especially when it is this type of construction? Common problems?

Will take a look tonight. Grateful for tips.

It is quite an unusual construction for a single-family house, so that's probably why you're not getting much input...

As mentioned, the house itself sounds quite indestructible (and newly built), so take a close look at the foundation...

The house was too small for us and in too poor condition inside so there was no need to look closer at the construction. Thank you anyway, always fun to learn something new. :)
