I was wondering if any of you have any tips for me.

I am currently running flex cables in the walls to install a wired network throughout the house.

The house is from '73 and between the bedrooms, there is insulation in the walls.

So my question is if you have any super good tips on how I can get the flex cable down to the outlets without having to open up the whole wall.

EDIT* I bought a "soft" VP pipe and managed to push it alongside the insulation. :-P

Well, if you're going to wallpaper again, the best option is to mill or saw open for an elrör.... then fill, with reinforcement over this....

tried with rigid vp pipes? they navigate a bit better and it usually works to follow the inside of the board, I think

I can't use Stela VPrör because the outer roof is in the way.

and I would prefer not to cut open the wall, It will take a while before I get around to renovating the living room.
