Rules and requirements in BBR apply to...?
Hello all helpful people!
I am working on a project about BBR, but I have failed to find answers to my questions.
My question is; Which of these four options are correct? (Two of these are correct, please feel free to justify your answers)
The rules and requirements in BBR apply to:
* All construction works with associated land
* For buildings
* When increasing the volume of a building
* For any alteration of buildings
Thanks in advance

Applies to new and extension constructions but not to renovations, so not ROT, now I am 99% sure of this since I work with it, but to dare say I am 100% sure would be a mistake, because on this forum there are plenty like me who check afterwards if there have been any updates, therefore I reserve the right that all errors are included in this tiny %! So with this premise, point 4 falls away since ROT does not apply, for expansion it applies since this goes under extensions, then it becomes trickier, not all structures fall under BBR so it shouldn't apply to point 1, although this is my theory, finally there's only point 2 which is a bit vague, buildings like what? A playhouse doesn't fall under BBR...
Hmm! Hope you got a little more "meat on the bones"
"builder" who should indeed know this!

Hmm! The Eurocodes apply to bridges, so point 1 is eliminated! So then you have 1 that applies to BBR but 3 of which 2 are safe that BBR does not apply to, not sure if that helps you... can't do better but will google a bit...^^
Hope you pass the work.
"A building is defined in the Planning and Building Act as a permanent structure consisting of a roof or of a roof and walls and which is permanently placed on land or wholly or partly below ground or is permanently placed at a specific location in water and is intended to be constructed so that people can dwell in it." Quote....Thus, BBR applies to point 2 "buildings" and when expanding a building's volume, which falls under extension.

Thank you very much for your answers! No one seems to object, so I'm going with your suggestion!
Do you possibly know where the normal response time for the rescue service is specified? Is it any of the following options?;
BBR's regulations
BBR's general advice or
Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency regulations?
