Rule or post to glulam beam?

Planning to remove a load-bearing wall and replace it with a glue-laminated beam with the dimensions 365*115*4500. Is it sufficient to place it on a 45*120 stud and two 45*120 studs on the other side, or is that too weak?

It holds, but I would still take a column that can bear the entire load without needing lateral support; a column is also guaranteed to be straight. A 45x120 can bend if it stands freely before you have attached the wall panels or secured it in some way. But it depends on how it looks in your case.
With such sizing on the beam, you must have a decent load on it.
A single 45x120 on one end is, in my opinion, being stingy; purchase a glulam post 115x115 as mentioned above to be sure.

The builder was here today and helped put up the beam. It turned out to be 45x120. The ceiling sagged a little in the middle before we started, but it was pushed up by the beam.
Let's hope that the bedroom upstairs doesn't come crashing down into the living room...

The beam is already in place with a 45x120 so there won't be a 115x115, but I'll probably add another 45x120 just to be on the safe side. The builder has 20 years in the industry so one should be able to trust him, but you never know...
