I am about to build a simple bridge on trestles for a lake. I have some questions about the beams. It seems easiest to find NTR/A marked "reglar" with dimensions of 95x95mm. Is the strength in them sufficient for a construction with 3 meter long sections?
95x95 works excellently. If you have 3m sections, you should also have an intermediate support, otherwise it wobbles.
If you plan to take up the bridge in winter, regular treated wood is sufficient.
A tip is not to moor anything to the bridge but let boats have their own poles next to the bridge, this significantly extends its lifespan.

Okay, just heard tips from another source that AB-marked is sufficient for this type of bridge. And yes, it's true, it should be up in the winter. (It's usually in from the end of May to the end of September).
Regarding a potential construction with 95x95, I want to avoid intermediate supports. The idea is to let it rest on trestles with 3m in between, but you mean it would be wobbly in that case?

It will be unsteady. But the support beams can be as simple as possible, build a frame with 2"3 at the bottom, posts are screwed into this and a 2"3 that supports the boards. The posts don't need to be driven into the ground; it's enough for the bottom rule to rest against the sand.
Another tip is to screw everything. I have my dock in saltwater and have used DynaPlus screws with excellent results. Easy to remove when the dock needs to be taken up.
