Roof trusses and should be insulated
Will now start insulating the workshop slowly. But the roof trusses are spaced at 1200mm. Will have plasterboard on the ceiling. What boards should I use and what spacing between them?
Does 21*95 work? with spacing of 40cm? or should it be 30cm between?

Ok. But let's go with cc30. The question is if 21*95 works or if 28*70 might be better.
there is a slight price difference. not much but a little

Then I would rather use 28x70 and cc400 than 21x95 and cc300. That way it might not be more expensive.
(cc450 if you're thinking of putting up 900mm gypsum)
A 28x70 shows much better bending resistance than a 21x95, because it is the height that determines it.

Ahh I read it wrong. I read it as 28*90 and thought I had written 21*7 :d
It will have to be 28*70 instead. Then we'll see if it's 30 or 40.
I will be running 120 skivor.

If you are looking for an impeccable and perfect result, then maybe cc300 is a bit better. Yes, it might not be any better at all, but just to avoid having to take chances.
In our garage, I initially happily thought I would settle for cc400, but when I realized that I would instead end up with a lot of waste in plasterboards (since with cc300 the cut-off fit perfectly to start the next row with), I ultimately chose cc300. I mean, it was just about spending more money on either studs or plasterboards, and then it was more fun to get a sturdier ceiling than an extra trip to the dump, for the same money.

Completely true! I think I will go for cc30 too. You never know how many lights you will want to have in the end.
