Roll-on putty from Biltema, too good to be true, or...?
Roll-on filler has been shown by Timell on TV. Probably not from Biltema, but theirs probably works too.
A tip, however, is to check the price in a regular paint store; Biltema is not always particularly cheap.

I tried a can of roll-on filler when I was doing new construction this summer. However, I only used that one can. It might be slightly quicker to apply for a beginner, but the price is way too high, and I personally found it easier to do it the traditional way with a spatula
I used Alcro's variant six years ago, it was quick to apply, but then there was quite a bit of sanding to do as well. However, it was easy to sand, so it went quickly. Recommended for beginners if you're going to putty entire walls, meaning the whole surface. You might want to think about the choice of roller so that you don't end up with too much texture that needs to be sanded down (unless you want the texture, that is).
Yes, I have now... Completely useless to roll, I can tell you! It might work if you're plastering something flat, like a floor, but for walls or ceilings, just forget it. It barely comes off the roller, so you have to dip thoroughly, and what does come off comes in thick layers. It would be more efficient to take a small trowel and throw it on the wall...empame said:
However, the plaster is looser than regular plaster and was very easy to work with and worked great for plastering over woven wallpaper! I used regular medium plaster on gypsum for the first coat and then Biltema's rollable over it, it works great and you get a very good surface on the wall/ceiling. It drips surprisingly little from the ceiling considering how loose it is...
I will definitely buy more of the plaster, but the roller is going to the recycling center in the next load there...
