Rir or move and pipe

Do you think I should buy Rir, meaning PEX pipes that are inside a larger conduit, or should I buy the pipe and thread the PEX through the conduit myself?

Rir 16 x 2 costs about 23 SEK/m.

PEX 16 x 2 + conduit costs about 14 SEK/m in Germany. It seems they don't have Rir there.

Is it penny-wise but pound-foolish to buy cheaper, but spend time on the task of threading the PEX into the protective conduit?

It feels like a lot of hassle for very little saving. Both products are "rullade," which means it will be quite a challenge to install over distances longer than a few meters.
