Is it veneer you're looking for? Thin layer of wood that is glued on. There is also self-adhesive plastic with or without wood pattern
I'm sure someone can tip you on where to shop, but it helps if we know which location you want to shop in.

Ok. Real veneer is wood. Plastic is plastic.
But I get what you mean. Should it look like wood? The question is if there is plastic with a wood pattern that is as wide as your doors. It might be hard to make a seam look nice.
Personally, I don't believe in the idea of plastic film; what I've seen of it looks nice from a distance, but it's quite fragile.
I have also seen at places like COOP a solution with a whole door side that is glued onto the door, for example, so that you get "panels," i.e., a couple of profiling panels in the plastic.
Is that something you want?
Why do you want to do something about the doors, and what result do you want? If it's just to make them look better, I would paint them. Either myself, or leave them to a company that spray paints.

OK then, so. Dad bought for his rental apartment at COOP. Looks surprisingly good. Large sheets that are self-adhesive, then comes the "difficult" part of cutting what sticks out over the edges with a SHARP knife. That's about it...COOP as mentioned had.
Cost?
Also looked at these at coop. Thought they were a bit expensive though (I believe they were around 200-250:- per side when I checked), considering you can get a new wooden door with mirrors for around 550 kr.JLT said:
I also think it was a bit expensive. We'll probably use the roller on our doors.
Buy some stylish mouldings and mitre saw a little.
Nail (glue) them in place and paint.
Much cheaper than buying ready-made "door panels"
AND you can get any design you want by experimenting
with the mouldings.
Maybe different on each side of the door?
