Good evening!
I just wanted to hear how you have done it!
For the house we just acquired, we will:
Replace the roof, battens, and paper.
Replace the facade and add West Coast board insulation. Whatever all that entails.
Insulate from the inside, apply OSB, and then gypsum board.
Install a new ceiling in half the house.
There will be more to add later, but that's all I can think of right now.
I've already requested quotes for just the "facade replacement," but the thought occurred to me to lower the price further if everything is included in the same quote.
What do you think and believe?
Thanks, thanks

Now, I don't know what the house looks like, but if the facade is high and requires scaffolding, there are savings to be made just by avoiding assembling and disassembling twice. The advantage of doing just one thing first is that you can choose whether to continue with the contractor or choose another one, if you don't know the contractor from before, of course.
