Hello,

I have two fixed horizontal windows, similar to "basement windows" at eye level, on either side of an outer corner in our bedroom. I would like to replace one of these with an operable window as the only source of ventilation is a patio door. Ordering a matching window in style and size is not an issue, but how do I replace it? The facade is a modern functionalist vertical wooden facade without moldings, so do I need to pry off the boards from the corner and past the window? I can't see any other solution but it would be nice to get confirmation that this is the way to do it... ;-)

Isn't it possible to remove the moldings on the inside and replace it from there?

That's right, I was a bit unclear there. There are no trims, plaster returns that blend with the wall, looks like it's built/plastered, very nice but impractical in this situation of course.

Anyone with experience with funkispanel and can advise on this? It feels like it might be simpler to pry off the panel than to renovate the bedroom, but maybe I'm simplifying things?

lifts...

There are only two ways.
Remove the panel on the outside or remove the plastered frames on the inside.
