I live in an apartment (condominium) where the building is from 1929. On the interior walls facing the neighboring property, drywall has previously been installed. Probably because they didn't want to deal with repairing the plaster damage properly and opted for an easier solution. I've begun taking those down to restore it to the original state.
Primarily in the wall corners, but also by the ceiling and baseboards, the plaster has come loose, and in some places, relatively deep (see pictures).
I need tips on what materials and methods are suitable to use!? I've read that many repair with gypsum plaster, but is it appropriate in my case?
