Repair or replace bad concrete footing?
Have a pillar which is 1 of 12 for a small shed that didn't turn out well. Used Finja coarse concrete, reinforced with two rebar inside. The pillars are d=15cm, have been with the paper roll on and plastic wrap over it for curing for 3.5 days. This pillar is about 55 cm high, has two larger holes about 1cm deep (one is visible in the picture).
Was really tired when I made it and probably mixed quite poorly, and tried to vibrate down by shaking the pillar. Of course, I'm a beginner.
What should I do?

The basic problem is probably poor mixing combined with insufficient vibration. The alternatives are: 1) Replace with a ready-made post or 2) Redo and do it right. 1) is probably easier.
Thanks Justus for the comment, could believe it. Peter2400, it looked very promising when the paper was on... I wonder how well it would hold up? Concrete is incredibly strong, but if it's made this poorly? If I hadn't removed the paper, there would be a shed on top of it, and there are likely a number of cottages across the country that have this foundation.
I would like to enter the pillar in the competition for the Swedish Championship in the worst pillar, challenging everyone to attach a picture of a worse pillar.

Aha, that might have also provided sufficient strength. However, I would have needed to go and get larger pipes, now I had a bit of extra concrete and 15-pipe. But it could be worth considering for someone reading this thread in the future.
The challenge in the worst plinth-SM remains, it seems at the moment that I emerge victorious in that competition.
