I have removed internal aerated concrete panels from the concrete block that constitutes the outer wall in my basement (built 1969-70).

I have a bunch of settlement cracks and mortar that is poorly attached in certain joints. I have chipped out a "V" shape around the cracks and cleaned away the loose mortar.

The question is what should I repair with?

Most places that need repairing are quite small, 10-15mm deep and about the same width, but here and there are larger holes (for example, I found a 30cm long tongue-and-groove board embedded in the joint by one of the windows. After it was removed, there is a complete void between two concrete blocks).

I applied some Husfix last night but realized it will take large amounts = expensive and likely not the right way to do it. I will be putting up new autoclaved aerated concrete panels against the wall, so the appearance is not very important.

The picture shows how it looked before I started cleaning out the joints and widening the crack.
