Repair concrete wall indoors

We were planning to have treated rough concrete as a wall in the kitchen but will need to fill in holes (like the one in the picture and fill in phone jacks) and repair chases for electricity. What material should I use to repair/fill in? It's a bit sensitive since we want a similar color...

The apartment was built in 1988 if that's relevant.

Not sensitive to variations, but what material should I use? Finbetong, grovbetong, spackel?

But you can't just apply it and expect it to turn out well; you have to finish it with a sponge and water to wash away the excess.
