What should I repair my chimney with?

There are 2-3 thin/narrow but long cracks, maybe over 1 meter.

The chimney was built in the 70s. On 3 out of 4 sides, it's made of mexitegel.

Side 4 is plastered and painted with glossy white paint.

I'm thinking I'll chip open the cracks and fill them with?

I have read lots of threads but it doesn't make much sense to me...

putsbruk c has fractions of 3mm, it feels coarse.

A thousand thanks! Of course, I'll go with 1mm.

What do you think about the "stosen"? The one that was there has fallen out. It's cracked and there are loose pieces.

Is "putsbruk c" also suitable for attaching the "stosen"?

What do you think about the ferrule? The one that was there has fallen out. It's cracked and has loose pieces.

Is plaster mortar C also suitable for fastening the ferrule?
It will probably work fine. If you have reason to believe that the ferrule will get very hot (depends on what is connected), you can use clay mortar, lime mortar, or refractory mortar.

Thinking of connecting a JD 320.

However, I'm trying to figure out if I need to report the replacement to the municipality. I don't get any good answers. I suspect that if I turn to the municipality, they will out of sheer routine make me submit a report and pay 3850 SEK.
