Completely agree with MangePainter. Expect a few days. It's important for the paint to dry properly to avoid streaks! It always takes a bit longer than you think, especially when you're not an experienced painter. It's important not to rush through the painting so the result doesn't end up poor. And covering the floors, even if a new one is going in, is much faster than having to scrape off big splatters later. Trust me, I did the same thing at home. A lot of scraping to get a smooth surface. It splatters everywhere, especially when painting the ceiling.
I've thought a bit about that. Perhaps it would take a bit longer for someone who's experienced, but it's still only 1.5 rooms per person per day, it's not much, no matter how much drying times and other things are involved. For two people who are experienced painters, one day would work.
Then the question is a bit poorly posed, we're talking rooms, but should WC and kitchen be included? Then it obviously takes a bit longer since it's simply more fiddly work. Cover the floors? Well, it's a matter of taste, but I wouldn't have done it. If you just roll up a curtain on the roller when you're doing the ceilings, not many paint drops land in the wrong place. I wouldn't have covered them in any case, but maybe it's an idea for ts if she and her painting partner aren't used to painting.
