The next problem with my slab. The interior walls are standing on the chipboard. As I cut open the floor, the vapor barrier at the walls is broken. How do you solve this when restoring?

Surely you don't have a differential lock on the interior walls?

No.
But the interior walls are on top of the particle board, under which is a vapor barrier, and beneath that is the insulation foam. Now, when the floor is cut open, I'm also cutting open the vapor barrier. This means there will be a gap on both sides of the wall. There, moisture can then rise from the concrete slab.

Tape with age-resistant tape where the plastic meets.
