Hello.
I am about to start renovating a small bathroom. Currently, there are wallpapered walls and vinyl flooring, but I am thinking of using tiles and ceramics.
Question 1.
The floor will be torn up and re-insulated. Our townhouse has a crawl space, and I'm a bit unsure of how to insulate within the wooden joists up to the inner floor... maybe battens or short rails with gles + asfaboard + insulation + flooring chipboard?
Question 2.
Do the walls need reinforcement since I'll be tiling? I suspect it's 13mm gypsum from 1968 holding up the wallpaper at the moment...
Grateful for ideas....
Best regards
