Renovate outdoor concrete stairs

Hi, I have a frost-damaged outdoor entrance stair. What should I repair it with? Regular fine concrete or fiber-reinforced types. How much should I remove around the damage?

Remove everything and build a new staircase so you don't have to repair it every other year or have an ugly staircase full-time like now. The one in the picture has passed its best-before date.

The post is 3 years old, so I think the staircase has been dealt with in some way.

I have an ugly staircase at the entrance and not many mm left to the door, which excludes covering it with tiles to freshen it up. A new staircase is obviously an alternative but also the most expensive one - trying to get away cheaper
